http://www.cliffsenkbeil.com This footage shows two examples of day time time lapse photography taken with and without a neutral density filter. Using a neutral density filter lowers the light entering the camera, allowing you to increase the exposure time for each shot causing fast moving objects to blur, such as these trees and bushes swaying in the wind.
