is the background 3d or 2d,cause it looks preaty much 2d to me, the superman model was nice and also the animation.

@venci16 Thanks, it's all 3D. I did this on a crappy old single-core laptop so didn't have processing power back then for the glossy lighting you often get in 3D and I hated the bog standard lighting stuff so softened all the lights, which is why you could say it looks 2D.

But it's definitely all 3D, though I might need to re-render everything on my new machines lol

To those asking for the models, I did make them but unfortunately my last PC died on me (damn XP!) so I don't have any finished models I can loan you, but I'm sure there are plenty of tuts for what you're looking for.
