  • Around 2.20 secs you say "we will drag in the midi file to activate the notes....." where are these midi files from. Sorry this is where you lost me as a beginner....where do these come from?

  • Hello, I make them and export them to the desktop, then I just drag them in the project.

That is to speed up the teaching process.

  • Very helpful video, this is great! My only question now is how can I record the audio live? I don't have an external mic but I have the mic that is built into my MacBook. I don't know how to record with it in Logic yet, I use Logic Express, but I know how to make a WAV file and put it into the track like you did in the video.

  • Just select your MacBook's mic in the Audio Preferences and you are good to go.

My suggestion is to wear headphones when you record to avoid feedback.

  • Hi! I have no presets in my library, that's completly empty, what can i do?

    anyway your video is excellent

  • If there are no presets in your library perhaps you must reinstall the whole package.

The library is about 40 GB.

Otherwise you can make your own presets.

    Cheers!

  • Thanks for your help! I appreciate your time and effort!

  • you can just create a software instrument below it and play along with the sound file with the notes that you want the evoc to play. just delete the software synth afterwards.

  • Yeah I am wondering the same thing. did you step input them or use another program to create the midi files?

  • Thank you so much; so helpful and quick!

  • How have you made the original audio you've used into midi, this is where i'm getting stuck, thanks
