The reason they wont take off Weird Al's name is because they wouldnt get as many hits with this bad song with its bad production quality and all around bad video ... It seems as if quite a few people are posting comments about this not really being a Weird Al song. This being the case, I wonder, if he wanted to take the person who uploaded it to court would he get anywhere. Any thoughts anyone?

What I am gathering from this response is that you did not produce this song, you just uploaded it. In other words, you did not try to take credit for Weird Al's name, the person who created the song did. You just misunderstood the situation when you uploaded it. Do I got it right?

@Smartboy8877 When I uploaded it, I wasn't thinking about who the song was by, I just thought I was hot stuff because I made what I thought at the time was a good video (hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha). Subsequently, I didn't do my research and mislabeled the artist. It was more carelessness due to my ego than a misunderstanding, I'd say.
