I have a question about that server, if you know, because I tried contacting HP but they didn't get back to me. Can you install windows XP on that? Because my friend recenetly bought one as a backup machine but heard that you can't install XP on it. For now he has Ubuntu but really needs XP as he's familiar with it. Also does the server take standard ATX PSU's? Because my friend was thinking of turning it into a server/light gaming machine spare.

Hi Bobcaticus,
Official answer is that it should be ok to run XP but is not officially supported. PSU could be upgraded but could invalidate 3yr OSW which it comes with.
