I'm guessing if we don't see this in 2013 then we can pretty much forget about it. A game developed for the PS3 wouldn't be coming out as a release title for the PS4. So unless the devs started using next gen kits to make it into a new console title to reveal at this year's E3, the future for Last Guardian looks grim.

Ico was originally planned as a Playstation game and took around 4 years to make. So what's stopping Team Ico from doing the same for TLG? And even if it TLG doesn't come out for the PS4, there is nothing stopping it from coming out next year on the PS3. Just because the PS4 will be releasing in around 6 months doesn't mean PS3 games will just stop being made after that.

this game looks so good, and im mega gutted its not got made yet.

this is a game i really want made, The Realm by Atomhawk. for somereason the artwork reminds me of this stuff? or maybe its the overall "feel" of the game im not sure. i hope Atomhawk get this done! i also hope these dudes get this done soon! i loved shadow of the colossus.

Yep i think that the ps3 could not handle what the developers wanted to achive so they waited for the ps4

If they don't finish, they'll probably do for PS4, SotC was launched just before PS3. It can be done, but maybe they'll wait and work for next gen.

In an interview with the head creative director last month, it was stated the game is still in production and the release is up to Sony, so you never know ;)

What are you talking about?They did stuff like this many times for the ps2 too ps3,they had to covert it though.You see,just because the cell is different to develop for dose not mean it can be converted to a different format.Sony actually said and confirmed its still in development a month or so ago...
