@hingamp Roman Polanski is resting comfortably in Paris, planning his next film, free to enter and leave his chalet in the Swiss Alps whenver he pleases, with a beautiful, loving wife and children. How does that make you feel? In the 1970s having sex with an underage girl was not considered so horrendous as it is today as long as she was willing. She is middle aged now, and never wanted Polanski prosecuted. So all you can do is stew in your own juices about it.

In most of the european countries, you can be trialed for rape only if the victim wants so. Recalling such a old case you don't leave alone a raper...OK

@junderson Not extraditing Polanski from halfway around the world to prosecute him further for a 33-year old offense does not mean we have legalized sex with teenagers. it only means that common sense has prevailed, especially since his "victim" does not want him prosecuted.

He proves that despite some good people, justice truly only knows money, which he has. And I disagree, in the 70s having sex with an underage girl was considered as harmful to a young girl as it is today. So instead of "stewing in our own juices" or whatever your sick brain is talking about, think I'd just rather stand up and tell someone who raped a young girl that, no matter how much he pays her, it's still wrong.
