@Tehmedic101 its obviously complete and utter rubbish,this would be so simple to disprove its amazing that nobody has tested it.Nobody anywhwere could make those techs work on a resiting opponent.Its a complete scam.Where do people get the idea that spec ops forces use this,its far more likely to be military sambo any russian forces would use.ALL effective systems look almost exactly alike and this looks nothing like any of them.

This looks fake and all i know, this looks fake, but i have also been in krav maga and hapkido and taekwondo, and honestly, i use systema way more then the others krav maga is a close second, but systema is meant for everything, there is no signature moves or anything like that, it's all based on in the moment situations.
Spetsnaz are the most feared hand to hand fighters followed up by Israeli special forces.

its not what you see on tv or youtube... its a mix of every martial art you ve been taught. wich means no rules....

MMA is restrictions tard. You can't hit someone in the nuts in MMA, but you can in real life. you can't jab in the eyes in MMA but you can in real life, you can't even use elbow flys in MMA but you can in real life, you can't use half of systema's pressure points or joint locks, but you can in real life. MMA isn't real life.
