I dont beleive anyone has been refused treatment ever. If u dont see the multiple problams wit this somthing is wrong with you. Sje talks of free or lower cost. Did you not learn growing up that nothing is free. There plan to elominate thr middle class will work if we let this continue. Then who will pay?????
