這是廣東式茶樓早市常吃到的 "蝦餃" 的製作過程, 師傅先要以澄面和生粉製成面團, 也把蝦肉和豬肉打成膠狀, 師傅便開始 "開皮" 包蝦餃了, 包好的蝦餃只需蒸5分鐘, 便有新鮮美味的蝦餃吃了.
