War crimes a public/citizen enquiry

This enquiry was held at Old Street Magistrates Court in London England, January 2012.
The purpose of this enquiry was to identify the facts and to decide whether enough evidence exists in order to convict modern day war criminals.
This enquiry was focusing on the Iraq war.
After viewing the evidence that is held within this series of videos (which is quite lengthy) you will be able to make an informed choice.
It is acknowledged that regarding the defense, a stronger case could have been put forward. By saying this statement, it is not advocating the stance of the defenses case in anyway
But this should not distract one from the facts presented.

The question is;

Should Tony Blair and others face trial at the Old Bailey or The Hague for war crimes against the Iraqi people?

For evidence of intent of Politicians who argue against understanding what a flying bomb does to a target, I've personally witnessed many News clips by the MSM showing said individuals at army test days where the weapons company's domonstrate the capability to the politicians in the hope they will be awarded big contracts to purchase such arms from the company's.

Would this footage add to the arsenal for the prosecution, as to culpability of prior knowledge in the capacity of flying bombs?

The quoted death toll in reality is not even close. The government would say they fled because it reduces the wieght of oughtrage. Against the true figures estimated a very conservative guess at 6 million each in both Afganistan & Iraq. There is a very good you tube documentry on counting the casualty's.

That is worse than what the Nazi's did.
