  • Help Tara!, in revolved crescent lunge with a bind, do most people get to have their hands bound together? Because I cant get my hands to touch at all and I wonder if it's because my hands are too short or if my twist is not deep enough?

  • Do you have any tips for unstable ankles? I've been taking ballet classes and dancing since I was 5 years old, so 11 years of dancing, and my ankles have always thrown me off in every balance. This video has definitely helped make me calm and relaxed during a balanc,e but i can't help but be frustrated by my wobbly ankle knocking me off my leg. =( Any tips?
