Help Tara!, in revolved crescent lunge with a bind, do most people get to have their hands bound together? Because I cant get my hands to touch at all and I wonder if it's because my hands are too short or if my twist is not deep enough?

Do you have any tips for unstable ankles? I've been taking ballet classes and dancing since I was 5 years old, so 11 years of dancing, and my ankles have always thrown me off in every balance. This video has definitely helped make me calm and relaxed during a balanc,e but i can't help but be frustrated by my wobbly ankle knocking me off my leg. =( Any tips?

I have been looking all over for a video of yours that's called something like "feeling lazy", but I couldn't find it. anyway I don't care anymore because this one is better.

I love how you do shorter videos instead if 50 minute DVDs. It's really convenient for when I only have like ten or fifteen minutes to workout
Man I wish my legs were that long! Have any yoga moves to do that?!?! LOL
