The plie/ballet squat is a sure way to tone up those tough inner thighs, which so many of us complain about! Remember, even though this is great for toning, there's no such thing as "spot reduction." If you are trying to lose weight in one particular area, it's not so easy. Weight will fall off where it chooses to. But this exercise will definitely help tone, so get moving!
