烤丹麥小圓餅使用的是酥鬆性麵糰。麵糰一定要攪拌至發,呈現均勻綿細狀,這樣用擠花袋才容易擠出,烤出來的餅乾也才會有酥鬆的口感。
而在烤盤上擠花呈圓盤狀後,記得手指沾點水,將最後拉起的凸點輕輕壓平,這樣烤起來的樣子才會圓圓漂亮喔!




材料:
酥鬆性麵糰 250g
圓型擠花嘴(直徑1.2cm) 1個
擠花袋 1個

作法:
1.將酥鬆性麵糰裝入擠花袋,約五分滿左右。
2.將作法1的酥鬆性麵糰向擠花袋前擠壓後,在距烤盤上方1cm處擠出一個個圓盤狀後備用。
3.烤箱先以上火220℃/下火180℃預熱(家用烤箱則可用200℃),再將作法2的丹麥小圓餅入爐烘烤12~15分鐘。
4.待作法3的丹麥小圓餅出爐後必須先置涼,再迅速包裝密封,以免受潮回軟。
