@SuperiorHuns Hi. What you describe is Bi-amping which does give huge benefits by driving each driver seperately but it still goes through the passive crossover. Active crossovers are a completely different design and mainly used in the pro audio world. Google "Active vs Passive crossovers" to see what I mean. What you describe is still great and I m glad you are happy. Enjoy the music dude!!

@HairyVadge DOUBLE WIRE your B&W speakers, and it vill not use the corrovers at all ! I run the mines the SAME way ! The sound is more dinamic, morte clear, and the soundstage is HUGE ! DONT FORGET TO REMOVE THE GOLDPLATED METALPLATES FROM THE SPEAKER TERMINALS !

внату B&W отигрывают метал отлично, пусть старперы джазуют и дальше)

B&W are nice speakers. I used to own the 602 s3's. But I discovered the benefits of active crossovers and the sheer dynamic range by having my amps directly coupled to the drivers rather than through a lossy passive crossover. Each to their own.
But enjoy what you have!
