@sekzods Perhaps the overwhelming nostalgia, for some of us, of listening to the shipping forecast while you had the radio on for someting else late at night. The approaching Low on the weather forecast reflects the singer's feelings. And the sea is a cold lonely place. Why do people always have to bring up Oasis when commenting on Blur. Let's face it. Blur were way way way up there.
