This is video four out of eight tutorials explaining how to create fully immsersive panoramic photographs. In this video I explain how to use Pano2QTVR to convert your equirectangular panoramic photograph into a series of cubical projections. Pano2QTVR can be found at http://gardengnomesoftware.com.

  • Nice It saved some once life... a huge frustration tooo. It might seem to be a very simple tutorial to so many... But its life saver for one.... :) There is always a beginner; a learner and a starter :) GOOD JOB

  • @Tammamtu Because the camera collected no information beneath the middle of the tripod, so other parts of the photograph will have to be put on top of that spot. The original photo was warped because it was taken through a fisheye lens, and it would make this editing process a lot harder

  • why didn't you edit the images and remove the tripod print before stitching ? isn't that easier?

I mean why do we have to stitch, convert to cubic and then convert back to spherical. why don't we just erase the tripod print completely at the editing stage?
