yes, i have developed the dreaded jumper's knee... and this is a video of me trying to fix it as well as strengthening my posterior chain.

  • @daberr2 Fortunately, it turns out that i do not have jumper's knee.... I developed the pain through parkour. I'm not entirely sure what the pain is, but all my research on knee pain is leading me to assume that i simply do not stretch enough and that i need to work on my landing technique. Sorry i can't help you more, but 2 years is a long while. Knee's are a tricky game.

  • i've had jumpers knee in both knees for 2 years because i played basketball everyday for 1 year straight and have tried doing alot of these exercises. id just like to know how you got your jumpers knee, how long you've had it, and if you feel pain in the tendon when you do these movements, thanks
