  • i have sentimental diarrhea :/

  • Dr. Harry Croft seems smart, healthy, eloquent...

not many people are that way.

  • Yes as below its best to work on finding the origin of worry and solving it, rather than just looking to ssri's. Most users don't have the anxiety but yet loose much of their original selves to medication. Disinhibition and apathy are very common with GAD due to ssri's preserving excessive amounts of serrotonin. My wife did it and thank god I got her off the medication. She almost filed for divorce 1 month after taking them all to obtain a " better party and social life".

  • i think i used to have GAD and i probably still do but i noticed that it was a mental problem and i faced my fears and now i dont worry, and i am not as stressed out, i can sleep now and i am happy :D

  • I think Its also called stress! But stress is maybe to expensive or?

  • I think I have this... I worry about many things these days, now as I'm typing i'm kinda havung a hard time in breathing...

  • I'm self diagnosed but i know i have GAD. I navively thought it would fix itself magically after graduating from high school. I was so wrong. It has gotten so much worse that now it is truely frieghtening me. I'm starting to have attacks more frequently, they are becomeing more intense w/ symptoms I've never had before & they are lasting alot longer, someone times for days & days. I don't have access to any medical or psychological help but I afraid of the possible side effects of drugs anyway.

  • then i hope it gets worse.
