Our trio was on the same bill for several weeks and I got to know Slim.
Terrific musician, entertainer and all round jazz pillar.

@mrmabstoa I noticed that Slim seemed a little (not a lot) off too. @ep13 I don't see how that can really be seen as disrespectful to notice something like that. After all, do the best musicians in the world play perfectly every time at any age? I think not, since they're human like the rest of us. It was a good performance but not his best. That's all.

@ep13 Sorry, I really enjoyed the clip and am a fan of Slim owning a large collection of his records.
I just was observing that due to his age he seemed like he was off on his timing.
As I said in my first comment its a great clip!
