I had never met Ayako's parents but I really wanted to make an outstanding first impression so I made this little video to send to them in Japan.

Congrats man. Nice video. My girlfriend is also Japanese and I have been with her for 2 years. I am thinking now about marriage. I have been thinking of asking her father's blessing, but wasn't sure how to do it. This vid gave me some ideas. Thanks. And best of luck in your marriage.

Failing that option Japanese restaurants/cafes are a great place to go and practice both the language and any pickup lines you learn along the way!

Wow that is amazing. I don't know if I'll ever marry a Japanese girl. But from another channel I learned the best complement to give a Japanese girl is about her hair. I practice a with friend who is part Japanese.

@JuNunas2 haha thanks, that was my 'serious' voice, Japanese take things like this very seriously and there was a real chance he would forbid us from getting married! So thankfully my traditional Japanese style of monotone did the trick :)
