reinstalled both mobile substrate and skype, and it still give me the message

i have that cydia application on my 3GS and i did reinstall it but it's still not working??
the skype freezes on the contacts list and it doesn't respond for anything!

It didn't work on my iPhone. I could able download it properly but skype didn't run on my phone.

To all of you who still can't get it to work: select "reinstall" in Mobile Substrate in Cydia. This fixed it for me!
