It occurs to me that I am profoundly grateful that Adele is British and not American.

All that talent, all that skill, that VOICE, but since she'd not a skinny little bit of fluff, she'd never have gotten anywhere if she had started over here.

Thank you, England, for being able to listen to a singer with your ears and not your eyes, like Hollywood does.

I wonder if Britain would have a self-esteem issue if they could not comment on every song that was from an artist of their country, proclaiming that they are the best, as well as blather on about how they are better than America as a whole.......

more than her "shape" I'm more concerned with the automation that happens with American singers. They all sing the same songs, make the same music, follow the same standards. I'm really sad to see how the US has become in art and education and everything else so lacking of creativity and individuality, especially in the last decade. People are entered in factories and produced to be some kind of robots that make tons of money

Not arguing or anything but her agency did want her to loose weight but she told them that she made music for the ears and not the eyes. But i feel like its kind of the same everywhere.
