All 4 people involved in the fight that were arrested are going to criminal trail by District Attorney Michael Shrunk is set on Sept 1st, 2009 for disorderly conduct. None of the charges were dropped, as suggested. Though they will probably just get a slap on a hand and sent on their way or get the Orange jump suits and do the freeway sideshow...

clearly the fight starts with 3 men advancing on 1 fighter to the right in white. The guy in red is telling them to back up and pulls his friend back from the 3. 2 more men close in to join the 2 on the left. The man in red draws his weapon and fired 1 shot at the ground. he orders them to back up (smart). he then orders them inside the bar( bottlenecking them and reducing crowd bravery, again smart). He then collects the man in white who started advancing again and drags him away. good job mate

LOL I wouldn't want to have to defend myself in court for killing someone who had a knife but was 21 feet away when I had a gun unless I could prove he was in the act of throwing it at me like a circus performer. This guy is an idiot. You don't pull out a gun unless you plan to shot someone. I now of a case where a guy shot into the air to scare a crowd off and someone else saw him with a gun and shot him in the head.

@flyingjibus I am a RESPONSIBLE concieled carry licensed person myself. Not knowing all of the facts, STILL-- He has many oppurtunities to retreat with his friend but doesn't, if his friend was the aggressor (even if he didn't know it) he can NOT use deadly force to rescue him even if someone came at him with a knife because he walked into the situation. Lastly, after he shoots, he approaches them again. Not to mention, I bet he was drunk. He would go to jail.
