My laptop's infected with this crap. It prompts me to install it every time I switch it on - very annoying.

I doubt any thief would be dumb enough to start Windows on a PC they've just stolen.

Hmm I got this on my new laptop, I supose you have to pay a motnhly fee. Also I guess it doesn't work if the computer is of right? If someone steals your computer they normally do it to sell it later and they just turn it off and reboot it before even using it, after reboot, bye bye FailSafe, no use at all. So there is practically a very low chance if you get your computer back or even the documents how its shown on this video. Its going to be more expensive to pay the monthly fee. My opinion..
