Its an interesting theory but theres several problems, one that courtney was intelligent enough to pull that off, the tone of the note is obviously a suicide note, cobain was no stranger to heroin, i imagine he had quite a tolerence for it, from what i can tell about kurt and the person he was, it makes too much sense that he killed himself.

I don't believe Courtney had anything to do with his death.I remember seeing something on a tv program a while back. It was implied that the police department either didn't investigate properly,or there may have been some evidence covered up. I don't recall.He had a lethal dose of drugs in him,and I believe it was found that the gun wound was post mortem? It was also determined,that he may not have been alone at the time of his death.
