Download the free KMP video player and then download this video using KEEPVID. You can then watch with control, slow down this video to 20 percent playback speed or less and watch it at normal speed and pausing at places.

It's lovely that my 3d modeling projects never require me to do subdivisions. Just boxes upon flat faces and very low poly's I'll upload a video to explain what I mean soon. Was going to do at Tut video but found I am terrible at keeping track of the recording size xD away good set of videos!

i think i removed the subdivisions or else they'd become permanent...i'm guessing that's it...
