BJU is ridiculous. Their rules like 'lights out by 11', 'no watching movies other than ones rated g', 'no video games', etc.. how does this prepare anyone for the real world? They treat their students like brainwashed 5 year olds. Wake up Bob Jones, it's the 21st century and most adults own a fucking tv, have had sex, have watched something with higher than a g rating, and have played a video game in their life. Seriously, who the fuck would PAY to have their young adulthood controlled?

Im a Repbulican and I dispise Bob Jones University and other similar institutions like Liberty University.I like George Bush but I think it was wrong of him to speak at such a detestable institution.I am with McCain all the way on this one.The conservatives like Rudy Guliani and Al Damato need to take over the party.Those that are politically conservative and socially liberal like myself.The religous right wackos cost us votes.

The thing about not mixing races has was actually misinterpreted, the Bible is actually saying do not mix religions. You know that Moses wife was an Ethiopian woman. But that's the truth. Not trying to debate you. I've lived in SC near BJU and the student behavior is abnormal even for the most devout Christians.

I would place the beginning of the Renaissance roughly at the Fall of Constantinople in 1453. I would agree that it lasted into the early to mid-17th century. The Bubonic Plague did reemerge in the 18th century--in the Age of Enlightenment. It was more prolific in 14th century, which clearly predates the Renaissance. It was a tragedy whenever and wherever it occurred. There have been wars throughout history. The wars and moral decay of the 20th century have been unsurpassed in human history.
