Great interview Diamond! I am going to see this. A lot of people don't understand the issues facing LGB and especially T youth. Willie Ninja...I need to rewatch "Paris is Burning," it's been a few years.

Keyword is "lifestyle" Susi mentioned at 1:05. While I do see the problem of the homeless youth, being Trans is not a lifestyle. And not always expressed in the obvious.

@Suzie4good interesting....see that where the english language fails us sometime becaus ei call the trans life a lifestyle. that "lifestyle" is what i tell people is the difference between transsexual and crossdressers. Transsexual live the life and crossdresser play in clothes....but we all have our own meanings for each terminology and dimensions of what trans is.

@nochokin a lifestyle indicates a choice. So your way of "living the life" is the only way? I don't think so.

@Suzie4good If you reread what i said ,,,i said WE ALL HAVE OUR OWN DIMENSION OF WHAT TRANS IS...so of course i dont think my way is the only way. And i never said you were wrong, you stated your OPINION and I responded with mine. On the issue of choice. ..Although you feelings are not a choice, as a trans person, you DECIDE to live how you feel rather that live how you were born. Therefore, the decision to live how you feel and not how you were born is in fact a CHOICE
