Glad you figured it out. Anytime it freezes or you can't shut it off, do the reset thing by holding the two buttons :)

Trying pushing the button on top that you were already pushing and the circle one on the front of the phone at the same time and hold it for a few seconds. It should reset the phone and start working again :)
