How to get started game programming (in windows) part 2

Ending was cut off and music got screwed up thanks to youtube's stupid @#^&@#! file limit lengths. This will be my last programming vid cause I'm tired of this stupid web site's bs 10 minute limit

Here's a quick tutorial on how to download a free compiler for windows and set it up for 2D/3D video game programming. I couldn't use my normal screen recorder because I'm in windows this time, this the quality sucks.

The words are too small to read as well. I'll post a guide at some point to follow along with the video on how to set this up.
