Metroid Prime 3 Corruption: Part 13 (Vs. Meta Ridley)

Welcome to Part 13 of my Metroid Prime 3 Corruption Walkthrough. I will be starting the majority of my videos from either the save point, or the starting of each main event.

--Thought Ridley would give up that easily did ya? Well think again!

As soon as I activate the bomb slot Ridley will fly down and take Samus on a long plunge. This is a timed fight but you get more than enough time to beat Ridley.

Since we're falling down a tunnel, the debris from the walls will come towards us, causing damage. It is essential to shoot or move out of the way. Ridley's weak point will be his mouth as always. When dealing enough damage, Ridley will be upclose trying some melee attacks.

Shooting his mouth or hands will disrupt his attacks.

This was a really fun fight in my opinion.

Once Ridley's HP is depleted, Samus will do point blank shots at Ridley finishing him off. Rundas will fly in to save Samus from crashing to her death. He's got generator B back online so this is the only one left.

The laser is now back online and we need to get back to the control tower immediately.

Wouldn't ridley be falling more slowly than Samus? All objects fall at the same speed, unless effected by air resistence, and since ridley is much larger than samus and most of the time is falling flat on his back, he would be more effected by air resistance, therefore falling slower than Samus.

Well Rundas must have gone one hell of a trip to go down, save Samus, and go up again... By that time, the Leviathan should have already impacted the planet... : |
