I had a used 95 Sunfire, and the fuel cost was great, but it was absolutely unreliable for me. The car spent more times in the repair shop then on the road. The Head Gaskets blew twice, the onboard computer fried itself, electrical problems left and right, the abs system at times for no reason would stop working. After having it for 2 years, it died at 250,000KM. It was my first car. I believe the 95's were the first year models and maybe I purchased a lemon. Good Luck with your Sunfire!!
