Nothing to me is more powerful than seeing Johnsons' reaction after he broke the record. To see a grown man exhibit that much emotion lets you know how much had been dedicated to that moment.

and no 400 was not bolts natural distance it has always been 200 but even that doesnt mean he can convert that to 400 properly i mean 19.19 and 45 time shows the lacking speed endurance he has. so i doubt we will see 43.18 being broken by bolt at least not in the next 5 yrs
