Assyrian National Anthem (English Tr)

the new Assyrian National anthem i wrote & performed in this video, tells the truth of how the Assyrian identity was created by the British & promoted by the D'mar Shimun Family in late 19th century,, well!! i guess some 80% of the Syriac speaking ppl agree with me on this. the other 20% are the Nestorians whom are promoting Assyrianism and enforcing it on ppl against their wish.

What's funny is i'm not chaldean/nestorian and yet I understood the song without the need for subtitles. The Song is being sang in my language, the oldest in the world and yet the "singer" claims he's not assyrian. It's time to wake up people I would gladly call myself chaldean if it would unite me with my chaldean brothers and sisters. How about babylonian or sumerian can we call ourselves that? Yohannan Sulaga a monk of the Raban Hormuzd monastery located twenty miles north of Nineveh, the founder of the Chaldean Church was first consecrated as the Patriarch of "the Assyrian Nation" by the Pope Julius III in 1553.(5) Other sources assert he was titled patriarch of "Mosul and Athur" .(6) The Chronicle of the Carmelites writes; Sulaga was proclaimed "Patriarch of the Eastern Assyrians" on Feb. 20, 1553, but on April 19, 1553 he was redefined as the "Patriarch of the Chaldeans".(7)
