You are a moron. Obviously you can't understand German because that video refers to chaff dropped from military planes. It has nothing to do with contrails or chemtrails .

The reason we see more persistent contrails now than we did in the 70s is because of the number of flights every day. In the 70s it was not a common thing to see a passenger jet in the sky. Today you can hardly look up without seeing at lest one. It is just a matter of number, more adn much larger jets flying higher than ever make more contrails.
