  • Kitty. deserves.everything.she.gets.

  • @iamcasihart yah. true. she just loves herself and being so selfish. actually, everyone is selfish but her character is really bad in the story. bring a country girl to the city and ignore for years... and ask for the mercy again. ^.^ whewww

  • @iwantagirls I must agree completely. It was clear from the start that Kitty didn't LOVE Nan as Nan loved Kitty. Nan literally hangs on Kitty's every word...she simply adored her in every beautiful way. I suspect that Kitty had an unhappy, lonely life. She longed for a loving family, a sister and a best friend...clearly, Kitty was attracted to Nan and enjoyed her in many ways, but Kitty did not love Nan. I believe that the only person Kitty ever really loved was herself.

  • You know what, I literally hate Kitty. Wtf... this is the second time I watch this movie and I still hate her even though this Kitty is damn hot when f**king with Nan. She's so mean and shamelessly, she tried to get Nan back to her when Nan become famous again. I hate her!!

  • I agree everyone, Nan deserves better. How dare kitty do that to her :(

  • Omg, poor, poor Nan! DX

  • KITTTTTTTYYYYY look now you've made her cry! :O

I'm coming all the way to the UK to kick your victorian arse.

    god bless the queen.

  • I really feel sorry for Kitty. She's too scared to be true to herself. You can see that when she told Nan "I hate the way you make me feel." It's heartbreaking :(

  • @Pooknottin Agreed. Kitty has done it to herself, but she's a victim, too. That little lurch Kitty makes toward Nan after she leaves is heartbreaking. She's just not strong enuf to overcome what's expected or expedient (explicitly represented by Walter's hands literally holding her back!).

I think Rachael's acting here is amazingly raw and real, breaking past the stylized/period language to something very relatable - the shredded emotions! Always gets me...Every damn time.
