Whats on the chalk board is a macroeconomic theory called "the Laffer Curve". It is a relation between tax amount % and tax revenue generated. At 0% taxation you generate no tax revenue, at 100% you generate no tax revenue because no one would work if the government would take all of your money anyway. Economics, take it.
