Bull-fucking-shit. A healthy Oden would've developed into an elite center. He made a lot of progress his second year before he got hurt.

It crazy how many changes a team goes through. No Outlaw, Webster, Frye, Blake, Bayless, or Pryzbilla. So many changes. I'll miss that team we had against the Rockets. Brandon Roy really saved this franchise. I'll never forget that. Just wish he could have stayed healthy. Here's to hoping again Oden stays healthy here.

I want this old team back:(

This was a championship team that year. Roy, and Oden fully healthy. Aldridge was just as good back then. Outlaw and Martell raining three's. Rudy was beast that year. Blake and Bayless nice fast pg's who can score and pass. Joel who was good and frye decent. Perfect team. If we had Andre that year. Woulda been championship.

nice game 4 win GO BLAZERS!
damn.. just imagine how good the blazers woulda been if they got durant instead of oden.. i knew that was stupid from the beginning.. even with a healthy oden durant woulda been a 2x better pick

It is pointless playing the what if game. Call me a homer or a Blazer fan in denial but the way I still would have picked Greg Oden to go along with our core of Roy & Aldridge. Durant is no question the better player but who is to say how Durant in PDX would have stunted Roy's growth as a leader. And what would our center situation look like? I think a solid 14,10 and 3 blk Oden is essential to winning a championship. I love KD ... but for this team, we need balance and talented big men.
