Bakers Oven-Bun Baker Cookstove, Installing Soapstone-Part 7

Here we install the soapstone panels on the Bakers Oven converting it into a Vermont Bun Baker.
Obadiah's shows you the difference between a Bakers Oven Cooker and a Vermont Bun Baker Cook Stove. We convert our 8 yr old Bakers Oven cookstove over with a soapstone surround, which converts the stove into the Vermont Bun Baker. Just like superman, the stove takes on a new life. Installed in a 36' Avion Coach, there is not much insulation, so the cookstoves ability to hold heat is multiplied in this situation. With a fairly small firebox, a 8 hr burn is about it. Getting 12 hrs of heat with the soap stone, is fantastic! What a difference it makes with this soap stone wood stove.
