We are currently looking at 4.1 months of inventory in the Phoenix real estate market, a condition that gives an advantage to the Seller. But if you break this down by price range, you will see that some Buyers have the advantage...and some Buyers are at the mercy of the Seller, who is more often than not, a Bank.
