Day 2 of 40 Odd Lifts for 40 Days is the Sotts Press. Due to my rubbish thoracic and monkey arms I found this lift tough to execute. It should be a good one for me to work though as I can feel my mid back working hard. Pressing is also a weakness so a good lift for me. Worked up to a couple of singles at 50kg.
