Hunters Map Practice

I saw fionn playing this on conan o brian and it reminded me how good the song was. With the gig in vicar st dublin coming up next weekend I thought I'd get out the guitar and have a go at learning this song.

The video is what I've learned in the last hour or two so it's very rough. Basically just trying to get the various licks down. Hopefully once I get it all I'll record a better version.

Hi, Nice cover. I've just been watching Fionn play hunters map on that tv show vid on here, and it looks like hes playing it in DADEBE from the fingering hes using. Seems a little easier to play to me, just thought id see what you thought. Cheers

Hi. I have a question, as I don't finger pick too often. in the beginning and during the verse do you play thumb, one, two, three (one being pointer finger). or Thumb, one, thumb, two. I can't really tell but it looks like you are playing it the second way. Either way this is a hard song for me and you play it very well!! good stuff
