@mcg267 I've always shared your thought about square punches (just cut squares with your paper cutter, right?). However, now I know you can use them to punch a window in a card front. But the best idea I've seen is using a corner of the punch to cut the "flag" end of a strip of paper so it looks like a waving pennant.

I like your storage idea - especially the part where you have the punched images on top so you can see where each punch is. Great idea!

I did something similar to your storage system, except I used the jewelry storage case(much slimmer though) to store punched shapes by color and shape that I got from Wal-Mart.

I never really understood why people need square punches, but the method of storage is nice! :)

I can't wait to go to Michaels tomorrow & purchase these! I currently have all my stamps in one big tote, but I can never find anything because they're all mixed up. Slowly but surely I'm going to get my addiction to cards/stamping organized!
