This is a demonstration of the Natural ascending movement. The analogical representation of the external movement form is 3-dimentional Unebbing Fish Play, similar to Taiji. Its digital representation, showing acceleration and slowing down during inborn movement is Fu Xi Ba Gua. The meaning of this simple fact is understanding that Taiji is not a abstract symbol, but a principal form of the natural, inborn human movement as it can be watched by performer himself and Fu Xi Ba Gua is its digital representation, the code of inborn movement, representing the powers acting in the body. For the hand every inborn movement can be coded by trigrams, where three lines represent palm, forearm and upper arm. The same is true for the trunk (pelvis, chest and a head), for the legs and for the fingers. The understanding of the true bio-mechanical meaning of movements and its representation as above is of utmost importance for every Martial Artist. On the one hand this provides physical basis for the most important fundamentals of the Chinese classical understanding of the world. On the other hand this is a very powerful methodological tool for learning and polishing of all our movements.
