US Rep. Carol Shea-Porter tries to smokescreen a constituent when asked whether or not she supports the right of workers to have a private ballot when their workplaces are unionized.

Rep. Shea-Porter likens a union election to a NH Town Hall Meeting, and thinks that there's "a whole different set of rules here."

It should be noted that her supporters do not want the Congresswoman's answer to be videotaped, even after trying to intimidate us by taking our picture several times and confronting us as "Republicans".

  • I think the astroturfer who set up this Youtube account mistakenly typed "Employee" in their account name. They obviously meant to type "Employer", as their videos demonstrate favoritism for the current management-centric New Hampshire employment laws (or lack thereof).

Never underestimate the ability of Republicans to make workers vote against their best interests with disinformation and scare tactics.

  • Can barely speak in complete sentences without a teleprompter. Another mental defective certifiable idiot in a public office. Please people think about this in November. All of these democraps and republicrats need to lose their offices. Vote for libertarians and anybody with IQs above room temperature.

  • Wrong! Carol never once said to anybody that she was not going to hold any town hall meetings. Nice try, you might wanna get you facts straight first. She feels no pressure from anyone. She is a strong force, and I will challenge you on any level to prove me wrong. In any attempt you do, bring data. Other then that, don't waste my time.

  • Hilarious! She repeatedly refers to Town Halls. Meanwhile after dodging her constituents (all the residents, not just union synchophants) it wasn't until yesterday that this hypocrite finally under pressure belatedly announced her first Town Hall on Healthcare.

  • I think your headline should read " Carol answers question for person with camera who will knowingly distort whatever her answer will be " I think that works out better for you :-) From what I know of this politician, she works harder than anybody, no matter what they say about her, and wants YOU to have the best life possible. Carol 2010!!

  • from what I have seen of this politician, she is not popular at all. Are you sure your votes were counted?

  • She's something of a bully herself. Observe her behavior at the Epping 'town meeting' on the playlist at my channel. She doesn't take kindly to constituents attempting to question her for real.

  • She seems to favor a voting system where bullies can intimidate the meek. Typical power-mongering politician.

  • So instead of telling the guy how she voted on the bill she starts talking about, she tells him to go to Thomas and look it up?

Some Representative, what a total joke!
