I had a 550 one from verizon and they put it down to like 250 or 220ish after I called in for text messaging on AIM and MSN lol. So i switched to virgin mobile and no BS anymore

thats nothing, my t-mobile bill is 2,100 dollars, they offered to set up payment plans but only after i pay 25 % of the total bill, and they said they will add late charges on top of that every month its late, 1.5% of the total, which is to say 30-40 dollars a month before they get tired off charging me and send it off to collectors...

I just cancelled my T-mobile account because of this video. I was also being taxed over 20% for things I have no idea what they were for. I dont remember the taxes being that high when i signed on. It also looks like t-mobile was rude and didnt care about the customer. My previous wireless phone company would waive fees and work with you on things like this. I think i will go back to them. Thanks for the warning about T-mobile...
