@Masch3rano lol it took me a year because i didn't even see this message and i was goin through old messages and i admit your right too a challenger 392 can beat a 5.0, but thats about it and plus your comparing a 6.4l v8 to a 5.0l v8 and even with that the boss 302 laguna seca will smoke it and fords aren't really cheap its mostly v6's you see out there and a challenger only costs more than a 5.0 not a shelby, boss or saleen and you say fords are cheap built, but so is dodge and chevy

@youngfizzle3 took you a year to come up with such info pointless...just fyi a 93 5.0 outputs 225 hp, you can beat that with an sxt model, the reason why everyone sees mustangs all over its because they are cheap, cheap built, so that people can mod them and rise them out, just like hondas, also the str8 392 beats the new 5.0, despite the weight disadvantage, but you are right the supercharged versions of the mustangs will beat the srt8, but non supercharged/turbo are no competition.
