I don't think he's so angry personally, just passionate and under a lot of stress.

Ya know there's rumors floating around that Kingdom Hearts 3D is going to have a world based on Dumbo. Since the Ringmaster is the closest thing this movie has to a villain, that might mean he'll appear as a boss of some sort. Frankly I can't begin to imagine how that would work.

The Ringmaster is a villain who's similar to the Butler from the Aristocats because both of them aren't so evil.
