This was an old Kyosho kit I bought a while back, with a 40 inch wingspan and a .15 nitro ducted fan. The plane barely had enough power to fly straight and level, and on the first flight, landing with half throttle and in a decent, it still stalled and crashed. In 2007 I decided to convert it to brushless electric with 18.5 volt 3000 mah LiPo and a 60 amp speed controller. It finally made it's maiden flight, and all went very well. Flew very good, very stable, and plenty of power. Nitro weight with full fuel = 63 oz. Electric weight, ready to fly = 63 oz. Custom paint coming soon, now that I know it flies.
